The location felt very safe and was really convenient. I think the front desk attendant spoke English, which is handy for tourists, though we ended up communicating in Spanish. The room was small and a little worn from age, and the building seems very old. I’d stay again, but there are cheaper options nearby.

It was cheap and the staff were nice, but I’m not sure I’d return. The shower had good pressure, though the water never seemed to warm up. There was a strange smell in our room, and the floor felt like there were broken stones under the carpet.

We had a pleasant triple room with its own bathroom, and it was cleaned every morning. Breakfast was simple but enough, and both the owner and the rest of the staff were helpful. The place is well located, and they take security seriously. We arranged a taxi from the airport, which came to S60 because we had to cover the driver’s parking fee. It might cost less to book a car at the secure taxi desk by the Arrivals exit, since there’d be no waiting charge. If you try that, feel free to say what you paid so other travellers can compare.

The people working here were among the most welcoming we’ve met, and they were all very nice and accommodating. I liked having fruit and eggs at breakfast. The hostel is in a great spot, with clean, simple rooms.
