NAIA Miraflores

The location was great, but the private room didn’t offer much for the price. It was dark than the photos suggested, with very poor ventilation, no air conditioning, and a lot of noise from other rooms even with both doors shut. There were no tea or coffee facilities in the room, and the communal kitchen was dirty. Cleanliness was a problem: my feet got dirty after I showered, and there was a lot of debris under the rug. These issues made the stay uncomfortable, and I wouldn’t return.

We stayed two nights while traveling Peru and really enjoyed it. The room was lovely and clean, and the location was great. All the staff were friendly and helpful, especially William Robles Bazalarz, who went out of his way to make our stay enjoyable. His English was good, and he was happy to help us find equipment for the communal kitchen. Thank you for a wonderful stay, from Isobel and Thomas Ward.

My stay at NAIA Apart hotel Miraflores was wonderful. Susana and Williams Robles were attentive and kind, and kept the room clean and comfortable throughout. Their excellent service made the experience even better. Highly recommend!

The staff were really friendly and helpful. The front desk ladies were accommodating, and the morning security guard at the front door was so nice. The 4 bed Female dorm was a 10/10 for me, with clean rooms, comfy beds, and a nice shared kitchen and lounge. The breakfast buffet was good, though after a week the same hot food got old. More variety, like eggs, rice, or Lebanese potatoes, would help. The coffee shop out front is a cool addition, but the milk steaming needs work. I’m a current barista, and both drinks I got in the morning were awful. The first cortado was just an espresso shot with foam on top; the second, a latte, had poorly steamed milk and was basically hot milk with a little foam.
