Posada Sumaq Wasi

I booked through Despegar, but the address led to something like a modeling agency, not the inn shown in the listing. The phone number on my confirmation wouldn’t connect, and there were no social media or official customer service channels to reach anyone. Nobody seemed willing to take responsibility. It was a terrible experience, and I’m sharing it so others don’t fall for what I think is a scam. I hope Despegar removes the listing to prevent more problems.
