Pariwana Hostel Lima - Adults only

Karina and Moises, the hosts, were especially kind and helpful, and made me feel at home. I had a great stay at Pariwana Hostel in Lima. The atmosphere was welcoming, the facilities were clean, and everything was well organized, so I felt very comfortable. I'd highly recommend it to anyone visiting Lima.

The staff were all great, and Karina went out of her way to get us into a club after her shift. Loved her ❤️ The place has good beds and a great vibe for meeting people. Alan was the best beerpong partner, even though we lost.

The staff made me feel genuinely welcome, and I really enjoyed my stay at Pariwana Hostel. After leaving Argentina, it was exactly what I needed. Moises, the social host lead, was fun and incredibly patient. Alan at the bar made great drinks every night and was always friendly. Luciana, Lori, Alexandra, Susy, Milagros, and Franco were also consistently helpful and welcoming, and happy to answer questions. Miraflores is centrally located, which I loved as someone who prefers being in the middle of things. The rooms are spacious, even in a 12-14 bed dorm, with enough room to store your things and move around comfortably. The rooftop common area is a big plus for meeting other travelers, and the activities they organize every evening help break the ice and build a sense of community. There is traffic noise during the day because the hostel is at a busy intersection. Bathrooms are cleaned daily, but can feel damp with so many people using them. Rooftop music can carry to the rooms, though it usually stops by midnight. Laundry costs 10 soles per kilo, and luggage storage is 10 soles per day, which may feel a bit pricey. Great location, spacious rooms, a social rooftop, and outstanding staff. Expect some city noise and slightly higher prices for laundry and luggage storage.

Miraflores is a good base for exploring Lima on a budget, and I’d recommend staying here. I’ve been twice on trips to Peru and enjoyed how relaxed and welcoming it felt, both with the travelers and the staff.
