The best thing about the hotel was the professional, friendly staff. From the doorman and bellman to the restaurant team, everyone went out of their way to make our stay good. The front desk staff were especially great with check-in, check-out, and concierge questions. Abdul and Henry were fantastic, and Miladin helped with every need, a real all-star. They set a high bar for service, and I’d highly recommend the Pullman Miraflores. Our room was clean, spacious, and modern, with a well-equipped bathroom and a great view. Breakfast was included as a buffet, with plenty of healthy choices.

The place was very clean, in a great location, and the beds were quite comfortable. Breakfast was excellent too. I thought the charge for bottled water was absurdly high. I wish someone had told me I could fill my bottle at the gym.

The breakfast had plenty of fresh, tasty choices, and the room was clean, modern, and comfortable to come back to after a long day. Staff were welcoming and quick to help from the start. I also liked how well kept the facilities were and how relaxed the place felt. I had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Pullman and would gladly return. I’d recommend it to anyone after comfort, quality, and good service.

We spent two nights at the Pullman Lima Miraflores and were really pleased with the value. Compared with the other upscale hotels in Miraflores, the service and amenities came at a much more reasonable price. Our room was spacious, quiet, clean, and modern, with a comfortable bed. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooftop bar is worth a visit for the views. It’s probably one of the best finds in the city if you want a 5-star stay without the nearby luxury-hotel prices.

The upgrade to presidential suite, Suite #1313, was a lucky surprise after choosing Pullman Miraflores. It was spacious and modern, with a thoughtful layout. The hotel’s in Miraflores, so restaurants, walkable spots, and ocean views are close by. Service stayed warm and consistent. It has more of a modern business feel than an ultra-luxury one, but the comfort, cleanliness, and value stood out. I’d absolutely come back.
