The hotel's in a good spot near the nicer parts of town. The room itself had a lot of problems: no hot water, filthy floors, and Wi-Fi that dropped after about 10 seconds. The sheets and towels felt very rough. The showerhead was extremely rusty and sprayed in all directions, while the curtain was stained and rusty around the rings. The toilet flush handle and one sink drain were broken. The TV was about the size of a small computer monitor, and the closet and drawers smelled odd. Breakfast didn't start until 8:30 AM, and some elevator buttons didn't work. At the front desk, the person didn't greet us and took half an hour to enter our details before giving us a key.

The front desk service was top notch. They helped arrange rides for six people and even ordered pizza for us one night. Mornings were noisy from Lima traffic, though I can't imagine anywhere in the middle of the city being quiet. The rooms are basic but comfortable, with more space and nice patios on the upper floors. It's an affordable choice in Miraflores, close to the oceanside parks, and I'd stay again.

The suite was huge and had a balcony, and the hotel was really clean throughout. There's a beautiful garden where you can have breakfast. We spent two nights here, and the staff were really nice, helpful, and polite.

We didn't stay the night, but had a nice gathering with friends in the little courtyard. The service was good, and it didn't feel or sound like we were in Lima. We'd highly recommend it.
