My girls loved this hotel, and after staying at different places in cities around Peru, I can see why. Our family room was spacious, lovely, and clean, with fresh sheets and towels each day. They even installed air conditioning before we arrived because they knew it mattered to us, although the room hadn't originally had it. The service was great. Just be aware that downtown music and traffic can bother you at night, especially with windows facing outside. For us, that was part of the downtown experience.

We could easily walk around town from this centrally located hotel, and the staff were friendly and quick to handle our requests. The rooms were very clean and serviced daily. The rooftop pool, bar, and dining area had amazing views, especially of Morro de Calzada. My only suggestions are to improve the shower pressure and add at least a half curtain to stop water splashing onto the floor.

The terrace is a pleasant spot to unwind by the pool, and the restaurant serves good food. The location is good, though breakfast was ordinary, and there was a strong cleaning product smell when we arrived.
