We left very early, so the breakfast to go was great. The staff were super friendly, and both the rooms and bathroom were really nice. They also let us leave our luggage there for three days while we hiked to Machu Picchu. Thanks so much.

We liked it so much that we extended our stay and are planning to come back for another week. The staff helped us out of a difficult situation caused by a different hotel, and we’re very grateful. Our room was peaceful and extremely clean, the bed was super comfortable, and the views were incredible. The location is close to the plaza but still quiet. There’s also a lovely hot shower and relaxing outdoor spots to sit and enjoy the sun and surroundings. We absolutely recommend it and will be back.

After a long, exhausting day trying to make it to Machu Picchu on April 12/2023, I only got partway there, and my travel company arranged this hotel. I just wanted a bed and shower so I could rest, but they treated me like family and went way beyond what I expected. They walked me to a wonderful place to eat and came back to get me because I’m not good with directions. Even for a slow walker like me, it’s only two or three minutes into town. The rooms are very clean, and the linens, towels, and sheets are top quality. There’s even a comfy couch in my room, if you can drag yourself out of the most comfortable bed ever. Sitting outside on the back terrace and listening to the stream is so peaceful. Mauricio speaks great English, and staying here feels like being at home with family. Save yourself money and book here. You’ll have a good breakfast before trekking to Machu Picchu, plenty of towels, and excellent hot water. All you need is yourself and your day pack.

The room had nice views, and the guy at the main desk was friendly and suggested places for dinner. It was cozy overall, though there were a few bugs since the windows are always open. The location is great, around 15-20 minutes on foot from the train station and about five minutes from the main square.
