A stranger knocked insistently on my door at 6:00 a.m. for no apparent reason and interrupted my rest. When I reported it, the hotel took no responsibility and did nothing to investigate or make sure I was safe. Reception staff were also consistently despotic and distant, giving evasive answers, showing no friendliness, and offering no help with basic questions. Staff training and security protocols urgently need improvement. I wouldn’t repeat the experience.

The rooftop is lush in the sunshine, and the rooms and amenities are nice and clean. Great hostel, close to all the action.

It’s a social hostel with fun people, and the kitchen is well equipped. The location is right in the city center, with nice restaurants and little shops across the main square. They offer tours at reasonable prices. Even if you book one elsewhere, you’ll end up doing the same tour!

There are plenty of showers and bathrooms, and the beds in our room were comfortable. The hotel is beautiful, with spacious common areas where cute cats roam around. We had a great time here!

The rooms are basic but comfy, and there’s a small kitchen. I really enjoyed our stay at this lovely hostel, which has a nice aesthetic. I’d highly recommend staying here!
