The staff were kind and helpful, quickly arranging taxis and answering my questions, and the complimentary breakfast was great. I loved the food and tea, too. The place feels cozy and clean, with plants and lovely decorations, right on the main square. Sitting on the second-floor balcony overlooking the square was a treat. Make time for the spa if you can: my massage, sauna, and herbal bath package was incredibly relaxing and unique. The private terrace is beautiful, full of gorgeous plants, and Maria is so kind.

I came for the food and really enjoyed the alpaca with elderberry and garbanzo beans. Service was great, and I liked the plant-filled area. There were only two tables, each seating eight, I think.

The beds were super comfortable, and the new windows did a great job keeping out sound. Food was great, too. We really enjoyed sitting on the balcony overlooking the square. Such a terrific place, with friendly, helpful people.

The location is perfect and the hotel is gorgeous. Staff were very helpful and booked a driver for us. My only complaint is that, although breakfast was delicious, it starts pretty late.

Pisac was a lovely little town, and having markets, cafes, and shops right by the main square made getting around easy. We came straight from our flight into Cusco, so staying at a lower altitude felt like the right call. The hotel was warm and cozy, with decor I really liked and a great shower. Everyone on staff was kind, smiling, and ready to help, and breakfast was excellent. We had a great stay and would recommend it to anyone visiting Sacred Valley.
