Hotel Santa Rosa sits right in the historic center, on the lively pedestrian street of Calle Santa Catalina. From the street, you enter through a tall wrought iron doorway into a lovely traditional stone courtyard. It was once a private mansion. There are quiet rooms, several courtyards for relaxing, and a full service restaurant and bar. Many of the city's iconic sights are within walking distance. A great historic place to stay for its atmosphere and location.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and breakfast had a good selection. The main square is only a few minutes away on foot, so it's a great base for the main attractions.

The beds were comfy, and the rooms were spacious and clean, with good showers and plenty of water. Breakfast was OK. The afternoon counter crew were very friendly and supportive, and made us feel at home. Thanks, Guiselle, Gaby and Bryan.
