The worst hotel I've ever stayed at.

I still recommend it, though this visit was disappointing. The restrooms and cleanliness weren't up to standard, and reception service fell short too. I had to knock repeatedly to get my key, then wait about 10 minutes before someone finally came out and handed it over. I stayed here with my family before and the service was very good.

The staff are fantastic, and the place itself is great. It's only a few minutes from the main street and has air conditioning. Buffet breakfast is usually served there, but I didn't try it, my mistake. I'd recommend it for a family trip.

Ignacio at reception was friendly and proactive, and made the whole stay feel wonderful. That kind of service makes a difference in whether guests come back. The stay and experience were top-notch, with excellent treatment and quality. I recommend it 100%.

The rooms are comfortable and have air conditioning, and the breakfast is among the best. You can eat as much as you like. It's 100% executive, top-notch, and highly recommended. You won't regret it.
