Getting to town takes planning because the hotel is far from the city center, Uber drivers generally don't cover the area, and you'll need to arrange a taxi. Our room also had a noticeable sewage smell, which affected our comfort. The advertised lake view looked more like marsh or swamp scenery than open lake. There were good points, though: the property was quiet, the bar area was very nice, and breakfast each morning was good. Still, the location and room condition would make us think twice about staying again.

We had a good night at Lake Titicaca Hotel. The wifi worked well, breakfast was good, and the crowd there was international. The guard out front was friendly to us, and they have llamas!

The restaurant is nice and stays open until 9 pm, and the hotel lobby has a small souvenir shop. The bar is well stocked with a good cocktail selection. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast spread was excellent. This is an excellent 4 star hotel on Lake Titicaca's banks, about 4.5 km from the Puno central plaza. Room and laundry service are available, though we didn't use them.

The staff were the best part, lovely and helpful, and they spoke English. We felt welcome and they helped us whenever needed. The hotel is quite far outside the city center, which we liked. Our clean, nice room, breakfast, and dinner were all good. We also got welcome drinks, a transfer, early check-in, and late check-out. Definitely recommend staying here, worth every sol!

We had to leave before breakfast, but the staff kindly packed us a lunch bag. They also gave us complimentary Pisco Sours and a plate of dessert. There's a restaurant on site, though don't expect gourmet food. The beds were comfortable, the shower pressure was excellent, the water was hot, and the room heater was a lifesaver. They brought extra blankets, too. Friendly, responsive staff made our one-night stay excellent. Very glad we found this place!
