The staff helped me track down my hiking boots after I lost them on the way there. They used their minivan contacts, since the bus company wasn't giving me proper support. We also had a nice chat and got great tips for Puno. My private room was quiet and fairly priced. I had contacted them ahead of time, and they offered an early check-in because my night bus arrived at 5 a.m. I'd definitely recommend staying here.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and let us use the kitchen in the evening and leave our bags all day at no extra charge. We stayed two nights, and the room was clean and comfortable, with its own bathroom and hot water. The window faced the atrium, so there wasn't much of a view, but the room was cheap and I can't complain for the price. Breakfast was part of the rate: coffee, juice, bread, jam and eggs. It's a pretty standard hostel breakfast in Peru and Bolivia, and we've paid extra elsewhere for the same. The main central area is about a 20-minute walk away. I'd stay again and recommend it.

I liked staying here. The Wi-Fi worked well, there was hot water, and it's about a 10-minute walk from the bus terminal. You can reach everything you need on foot in ten minutes or less.

We found this to be one of the best hostels we've stayed at in Peru. The rooms were clean and nice, the shower had good pressure and hot water, and breakfast was included and nice. It was quiet and felt very secure, since you could only get in after reception let you through when you buzzed.
