Our hostess was super friendly. We stayed just one night before setting off on our Titicaca tour, and they let us leave our bags. When we came back two days later, we could take a shower. The rooms are big, and the shower gets nice and hot.

We had one of the most comfortable stays of our time in South America, even though we were only here for three nights. The owner has clearly put a lot of thought into making the rooms comfortable and the bathrooms nice, and breakfast was ready before we started our day. He spoke pretty good English and pointed us to an incredible chicken place nearby called Rancho. If you're looking for somewhere in Puno, this hotel is worth considering. Five stars and two thumbs up!

After our stay at Totorani Inn, we came back from our island trip the next day and were able to shower and stay at the hotel until our night bus to Cusco left. The host had booked the bus for us too. The host family, rooms, and breakfast were all very nice. Thanks for having us. BR Marina and Christine

Puno doesn't have much to do, so it was nice to have a good place to come back to and rest. The owner was kind and attentive, and I loved the place. The beds and bathroom were nice, and it had cable TV, internet, hot showers, and heaters.
