I still have the bites on my legs, even though the hotel owner and the booking partner both dismissed my report of bedbugs in the room. I booked through an external partner, and the owner says she has a certificate showing there are no bedbugs. I believe she has that certificate, but an infestation could have started after it was issued and before my stay. I was blamed for bringing them in, which I did not do. To the owner, please take responsibility and do something about this.

The bathroom was dirty, had no window, and was covered in limescale. The floor was cracked and dirty too, and the master bedroom had no lamps. The TV was small and bad. We asked to see the place before renting, but they only showed us a very different video. The window doesn't lock. See the photos, and don't put too much faith in outdated reviews.

Even with the pandemic limiting contact with staff to what was absolutely necessary, the service was excellent. The accommodation had everything we needed and more. Radisson has nothing to envy in other top-tier places. Ten out of ten.
