My family and I stayed one night, and the apartment was in awful condition: stained bedding, towels with holes, and plenty of other problems. We arrived in the middle of the night to find everything locked and nobody answering the door. The receptionist was asleep in a room and wouldn't wake up. We waited outside for nearly an hour until the owner came to let us in, but he had no keys. After many calls and rings at the doorbell, he offered to take us to another hostel, even though all our belongings and our vehicle were there. Eventually they let us in. The same thing happened the next morning: the incoming receptionist arrived for the shift change, and the person inside still couldn't be woken. At 6 am we had to get up and ring the bell over and over while listening to HIS phone. After all that, we asked the owner the next morning for a "discount" because of the terrible experience. He said the rooms were already discounted. TERRIBLE PLACE. I WILL NEVER RETURN.

We were kept awake by the ringing and buzzing, and when the shift changed in the morning, we had to get up and open the door ourselves. The same problem happened when we first arrived at 1 AM: nobody answered, and the owner only showed up about an hour later. The concierge had been asleep in a room. We won't come back.

We booked at the terminal and felt tricked. The breakfast was very poor, and hot water was only available in the afternoon, so morning showers were cold. Some other guests also complained about break-ins in their rooms. The rooms are nice, but there was so much noise and activity at night that we couldn't sleep well. We definitely won't return.

The towels they brought were dirty and white, and when I returned them, they didn't give me replacements. They also don't keep track of customer information between shifts, and staff get annoyed if you open the door after 11 pm. The restrooms should have hot water, since that's what they offer. Their staff need better customer service training. I won't be back.

The entrance looks plain, but inside it's quite attractive, with comfortable, welcoming rooms. It's only a few minutes from Avenida Bolognesi. The friendly staff were attentive, and housekeeping is provided. There's Wi-Fi and an optional jacuzzi. It's a four-floor building without an elevator. Breakfast is included until 9:00 AM Peruvian time. A really good deal for Chileans. #LetsGuide
