The clean, adequate spaces and excellent location were appreciated, as was the welcome drink on arrival. Breakfast was pretty basic, with no diet or lactose-free options. Service was slow to get going and serve the food, even though we came 30 minutes after it had started. I also asked for an iron in the evening, but they couldn't provide one because the laundry was already closed.

The bed was clean and the sheets were good quality. The hotel itself was tidy, with older facilities that were still well maintained. Being across from the market and main avenue was convenient, but the area's noise made it hard to sleep. There was just one outlet beside the bed in our two-person room, so we had to take turns. The shower pressure was weak, as if it were clogged. A light outside shone straight through the window for the first few hours, and when I called reception, they refused to switch it off.

The food was very good, the waiters were really friendly, and everything felt high quality. The TVs are a little old, but that didn't bother me too much. Excellent hotel, and very cheap for Chileans. It deserves 5 stars.
