The upstairs terrace was a highlight, with a beautiful view and a nice place to relax. The rooms were spotless and cleaned every day, and we slept well despite hearing noise from outside and neighboring rooms. Better soundproofing would help. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel at home. The kind women at reception were especially helpful, sharing information about the area and arranging a motocar to the airport. They were ready to help with anything we needed. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, too, which made meals and exploring easy. Alojamiento Turístico El Mirador is clean, friendly, and well located, with amazing views. We enjoyed our stay.

We felt at home and will definitely come back. Everything was organized, quiet, very clean, and beautifully decorated, and our room was spacious, clean, and cool. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly. We loved the location, too: interesting shops and restaurants about rainforest culture are just around the corner, along with a lovely ice cream shop. The breezy rooftop terrace has a view over the area, hammocks to relax in, and tables where you can work. We were welcomed wholeheartedly at this wonderful hotel. Can 100% recommend it.

For my first visit to Tarapoto, the friendly staff's kindness and help made all the difference. They gave me information about tourist attractions, and you could show up without any plans and they'd make sure you enjoy the city and its surroundings. It's a cozy, clean family-run hotel with comfortable rooms at good prices, close to the main plaza and restaurants. Highly recommended!
