We spent New Year’s in Tarapoto after making a reservation. The place felt welcoming, and everyone was very friendly from day one. There’s a pool, and the stay was very satisfying. Breakfast was included and everything tasted delicious. I recommend it.

Everyone in my group enjoyed the stay. The rooms were spacious, decent, and comfortable, and breakfast was included. There’s also a pool and a conference room, and the location is great.

The posted photos are heavily filtered. The service also needs work, breakfast needs a lot of improvement, and the rooms’ air conditioning should be adjusted properly so they cool effectively.

The free breakfast begins at 7 am, so staff are busy early, and there’s general noise throughout the hotel. The dining area and pool are surrounded by guest rooms. The pool can be used until 11:30 pm, with swimmers making noise, loud music from the speakers, and the lights left on. There’s also a nearby place that throws parties every day until the early hours. The noise carries into all the hotel rooms from 10 pm until 4 or 5 am. It’s a very noisy place, and I couldn’t get the sleep or rest I needed to keep exploring the city. I wouldn’t recommend it for families with young children or anyone looking to recharge, since rest doesn’t seem to be a priority. The inn is in Morales district, quite far from Tarapoto’s main square and tourist hub. Restaurants, shops, and pharmacies are limited in the area.
