The restaurant and room were both very good, and apart from a few disappointments we had a good stay. The pool was the main letdown. One of the two pool areas was too cold to use in that season, and the other was so tiny. Turning the smaller one into a hot tub or jacuzzi would make more sense to me. Our facial was one of the worst spa treatments we’ve had. It felt rough and didn’t include proper moisturizing. I complained and they fortunately didn’t charge me, but we still paid for my husband’s treatment, which he wasn’t happy with either. Given the spa service quality, the prices felt too high. I even wondered whether the staff had the right qualifications or licenses.

Ariatna was so sweet and helpful, and really went out of her way to meet our needs. Gloria and Cristina gave our couples’ massage and made the room feel incredibly relaxing. They clearly knew what they were doing. My husband and I have had lots of spa treatments, but we both agreed this was the best one we’ve ever had. It was such a lovely way to spend time together, and the whole experience was perfect for us. I had to write this right away. We’re so grateful, and recommend their services 1000%!

We felt comfortable and welcome as English speakers traveling here, since most of the staff spoke English well. The hotel was lovely and accommodating, and everything was clean. Staff were professional, friendly, and always checked that we had what we needed. Gerald, who hosted breakfast, remembered our names and greeted us every morning.

Ariatna at the front desk made our spa visit feel effortless. She took care of the booking, patiently answered our questions, and kept everything organized. Even when things were busy, she stayed calm, warm, and helpful. She was professional and attentive from the moment we arrived, and her genuine hospitality made a real difference. Thanks for such lovely service. We’ll definitely be back.

We celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary at this beautiful hotel, and we’re already looking forward to another visit. The grounds and our room were immaculate and well cared for. Breakfast was fresh and tasty, with plenty to choose from, including breads, cheeses, fruit, and eggs cooked to order. The team were delightful, clearly cared about their work, and made a real effort to keep our stay memorable. From the moment we arrived, the staff were wonderful. Herman was especially kind and professional, making sure we felt comfortable and looked after. Thank you all. Cheers, Nash and Anne-Marie
