The meals alone made this such a good-value stay. Breakfast was delicious, and dinner was tasty and filling. Then there’s the view, just wow. Kenji and his family have something special here. I’ve spent years traveling and staying in hotels, so I don’t say this lightly: just book. We’ll definitely come back, hopefully next year. Thanks, Kenji! 🧳🍳🤞😊

Kenji is warm and full of energy, and gave us thoughtful advice on things to do. He sometimes even joined in supervising excursions and activities. The four bungalows are well equipped and look out over the fare pote and the rest of the property, all set in lovely green surroundings. He and his guests share delicious meals made with local fish and vegetables.

Dinner was beautifully presented and felt worthy of a proper restaurant, while lunch each day was generous too. We had a very friendly welcome at this excellent guesthouse.

We had an easy time arranging car trips with Kato, and the host and his family were so friendly. The island is beautiful and quiet, with welcoming people and lovely empty beaches for a day out 😋👍. Bring monoi oil or mosquito repellent for the evenings. I’d happily do this trip again. Arigato Kenji 😊
