It’s been completely transformed since I last visited in 2009, and I thought it was brilliant. The grounds are clean, the entertainment facilities look modern and updated, and the staff are especially friendly and welcoming. I didn’t stay overnight, but I imagine the rooms now meet the same new standard.

The T-bone steak at K60 was delicious, and the restaurant itself was nice. The cappuccino was just okay, though it could be better. Service was great. I expected a rough crowd at the bar, but it felt safe and was okay. There’s a pool competition every Wednesday and Thursday, which is a fun way to pass the time. I’m looking forward to seeing the rooms soon. 👍🏼

There’s security inside and outside, so it feels like a safe, secure location. Origin fans can head to the Paddy's at 8pm for Game 3 of the 2023 Origin, with a cold beer and either the Blues or Maroons to cheer for. See you there.
