The restaurant has a broad menu of the Western and Asian dishes you'd expect, with food and drink prices that are reasonable and won't break the bank. The terrace is a relaxed spot to watch the world go by on Red Street, and the staff are friendly without being pushy. Kokomo's still has an ATM, even though there are more around Angeles now. It used to be one of the few places in town with one. Kokomo's also has its own Go-Go Bar. For many years it was Vodoo, but that's gone and Angelwitch has taken its place after moving from a few meters up the street. This is mainly about the restaurant and facilities, rather than the hotel. I stayed there a few years ago, and the room was very, very dated. Still, it's been a solid place for decades, and you can't go far wrong eating here.

I can't speak to the hotel since I've never stayed there, but the restaurant was a disgrace. My friend's wife found a fully live bug in her salad, and I saw it myself. That's dirty, and four people were there to witness it. Please clean the kitchen. If you want to argue, let me know.

I gave this place another chance, but nothing has changed. I used to come every day during the last week, and now I’m done. If you don’t live here, it seems service doesn’t matter to them. They ignored someone who would have left plenty of good reviews, and even a nice person has a limit. They can keep their current Google score as a memory, because I expect it to drop a lot from here. There are already very bad reviews about this place elsewhere too. I wish the business well, but it will need it. Please remember the score you have now and wait and see.
