My daughter said this hotel was so cool, and she was really happy with the surprise balloon they let us put up for her birthday. The bed was super comfy too, and we loved how nice the room was. :)

The price feels way too high for what you get. Our room wasn't very clean, and maintenance seemed overdue. It could take more than 10 minutes for the hot water to come through before a shower, and the mattress wasn't comfortable. The bar and restaurant are advertised as open 24 hours, but that wasn't true. This is nowhere near the 4-star hotel they claim it is.

The food was good, and they managed to keep the outdoor wedding area cool with AC despite the heat. But the bathrooms were poor, with pee on the floor and no toilet paper. There were so many flowers on the tables that it was hard to see or talk to the relative sitting across from me. It was a big wedding.

The food was superb, and the service was hard to beat. Everyone was lovely and seemed to truly care about making the stay memorable, from reception to the restaurant staff. Our room had plenty of space, was well equipped, clean and fresh, and the bathroom was clean too. I've stayed in a lot of hotels in the Philippines and abroad, and this one ranks among the best. I'd happily recommend it and will definitely return to Lewis Grand Hotel.

The restaurant was a highlight for me. I had the best omelette I've ever tasted, and the freshly squeezed mango juice is a must. The whole hotel feels calm and relaxing, with attractive interiors that were consistently clean. The staff were friendly and helpful, and made me feel welcome. Thanks to everyone at the Lewis Grand Hotel for such a comfortable stay. I'll definitely come back, and highly recommend it.
