Palette in Angeles, Pampanga near Clark International Airport (Formerly Boss Hotel)

We booked four specific rooms, but on the date of our booking they weren't available, so what was the point of reserving them? After that, they couldn't even provide a quality bed, pillow, or toiletries. There was no hot shower, the WiFi wasn't working, and parking was insufficient. The whole experience was a hassle.

It wasn't worth it. The bedsheets were dirty, and there was no water in the room; you had to go to reception to claim some. That wasn't what the booking information said. We also booked expecting a water heater, but there wasn't one.

We paid over 6000 php a night, which is disgraceful for this place. It's advertised as either Pallette on Angeles or Hotel Boss. The lobby and reception look great, but that's just a front. We booked through booking.com and weren't told about the cleaning fee on the website. Even with that fee, the rooms weren't clean. We were told on arrival that payment had to be cash. We had to switch rooms because the first had used condoms in the bathroom. The new room smelled like old, rotten spaff. There was a scrunchie on one of the door knobs, and neither the toilet nor sink was clean. There was no WiFi. They said it was a new issue, but previous reviews suggest it isn't. I asked twice and was told they'd fix it, but nothing happened. The shower head, if you can call it that, wasn't there. Water pooled because the floor was higher at the drain. The TV wasn't watchable either.

I’m not wasting time trying to claim a larger amount of money. I’m focusing on my messages about English spelling, debt, and memories of nouns and the ABC keyboard. Now the picture in my mind is a word message. My point is Gold 🌟
