Cityscape - Studio 1102

Just a short walk from the mall, parks, and local market, the condo is in a really convenient spot. Inside, it's decent and has what you need for a comfortable stay. Nothing fancy, but everything worked and was acceptable.

Room 314 was nice and clean, about 19 square meters. The internet kept cutting out several times. Good location.

The street food around the Lagoon is awesome, and you can walk to everything nearby, including KFC, McD's, Jollibee, Chow King, Dunkin, and Ayala Mall. Perfect location.

The city and distant sea view from unit 1102 was a highlight, and the little balcony, really just a ledge and railing, was a nice touch. The studio felt cosy with the lighting above the bed. It was compact, better for one person, though the two of us managed. We slept well on the comfortable bed and bedding, and the quiet AC and extra oscillating fan kept us comfortable. There was plenty of storage and the studio had good equipment. WiFi was fine, and we watched films on the Netflix enabled TV. The rooftop pool was small and clean, though the surrounding glass needs more regular cleaning to enjoy the view. Ayala Mall is only a six minute walk away, with a 24 hour convenience store in the building and other shops, restaurants, and fast food nearby. The surface looked clean, but we found leftovers in some drawers and cupboards and cleaned them with the provided vacuum. The fridge was weak even at its coldest setting, though the freezer worked well. Shampoo, liquid soap, and dishwashing liquid were plentiful, but the scrubbing brushes needed replacing, so we bought our own. We didn't meet Alexander, but he replied promptly to messages and told us where to get drinking water. Good value for a first visit to Bacolod, mainly because of the location and view. More deep cleaning and exterior maintenance, including a fresh coat of paint, would improve it.
