GT Hotel Bacolod

Breakfast caused most of the confusion during our otherwise decent one-night stop in Bacolod City, on the way to Cebu City. We thought it would be a buffet, but understood that wasn't possible with so few guests. Still, although breakfast was advertised as free, no one clearly explained what was included. Only one egg came with it, so we were surprised by the ₱250 charge when my partner asked for five. Only brewed coffee was included too, while an Americano or hot chocolate cost extra. Clearer information, even for simple requests like eggs and coffee, would have helped avoid those unexpected charges. The lobby was clean, and the receptionist was friendly and helpful. Our room on the fourth floor was okay, but the elevator wasn't working. That wasn't a big problem for us, though it could be inconvenient for others. We also had to ask for towels because none were provided at first, and the bed felt small for two people.
