The place is old but clean, and at least the shower is separate from the toilet and has hot water. The WiFi didn’t work even when I stood by the modem, and with no cellular reception we were pretty much cut off. The guy greeted us like we’d interrupted his favorite show.

The staff were accommodating and let us stay until dinner time. There’s WiFi, but no cellular reception, and town proper is too far to walk to.

This hotel seems to have closed or changed ownership and name. I’m not sure why companies are still booking stays here. We booked one and arrived to find we had nowhere to stay.

The rooms were clean and had air conditioning, and it’s about a 15-minute tuk-tuk ride from Coron. The WiFi wasn’t great. We booked through Booking.com that morning, but the owner tried to charge us 500 pesos more than the listed rate. She wouldn’t bring the price down for the first night, though she did honor the listed price for the second. Shameful.
