The building felt creepy and smelled bad, and the lobby is upstairs on the second floor. The elevator wasn’t working either. Inside, the bathroom was filthy looking and flooded when we showered. There were roaches, crumbs on the carpet, stained sheets and pillowcases, and the AC barely worked. The bed was so uncomfortable it felt like sleeping on the floor. Staying here was a nightmare. Please avoid this place.

We checked in at 2:30, but the room wasn’t ready. They only started cleaning after we went to the front desk, so we waited in another room for about 30 minutes. There was a power outage and no generator in the building, and the only place with internet access was the lobby. We left after just an hour. I wouldn’t stay overnight here. Maybe it works for short timers or someone desperate for a place on a very tight budget, but it’s a risk.

We were there on off-peak days, and for what we paid, the service was fine. Staff were accommodating, and the AC in both rooms for five people was cold. The place is near the city center, but old and a bit creepy, especially the hallway. Water looked somewhat rusty, and the CR had no proper drainage, so it overflowed into the room. There’s a table tennis setup, though it’s near the smoking area, so playing while someone’s smoking isn’t a great idea. Avoid the first room by the play area too, since cigarette smoke gets inside. Fine for a budget traveler staying briefly.

The cheapest rate is 700 pesos for an A.C. room, and there’s no fan room option. There’s no elevator, so you have to take the stairs up to the 4th level. I wouldn’t recommend it for older people who don’t like stairs. They should lower the price.
