We had a good, comfortable two-night stay, helped by being near lacson road and plenty of restaurants. A few things were inconvenient: the elevator was somewhat slow, the heater didn't get warm enough for me and I wished it could be adjusted more, and the Wi-Fi kept requesting a voucher code, which made it hard to connect.

I really enjoyed staying here with my mom. The rooms were clean, the food at primo’s was good and came in generous portions, and I still can't stop thinking about the hot chocolate. The elevator ride was interesting too. It's right in the heart of bacolod city, with landmarks you can walk to. Can't wait to come back!

Our room was spacious and clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It came with breakfast, though the restaurant was just okay. The hotel is small and quaint, with decent amenities. Grab rides were easy to get and inexpensive, and there are some good restaurants nearby.

It wasn't really about the 50 pesos, which I could easily afford. During breakfast, the option I chose didn't include an egg, so I asked for one and was charged extra. At this hotel's price level, I expected a decent breakfast without fuss, and charging guests for such a small, basic item felt ridiculous and showed poor understanding of customer service. Very sad. I wouldn't recommend it.

Housekeeping kept our room clean throughout our stay, and the staff quickly took care of our concerns and made us feel welcome. My partner and I spent a few days at The Henry Hotel, and it was one of the best hotels we've stayed at. We'll definitely return when we're back in Bacolod.
