Sukro

The location felt safe, though it's a little far from the center, and you should bring your own flip-flops since none are provided. I had a great stay: the room was clean and comfortable, the staff were kind and accommodating, and the Wi-Fi let me connect three devices, which worked for my work equipment.

Sukro was quiet, peaceful, and close to good restaurants. My room was clean and the A/C kept it cold. I liked having a kitchen counter, a sturdy table, and enough outlets to work on my laptop and still have space to eat. The restaurant tenant was so good that I ate most of my meals there. There are also a laundry shop, grocery, meat shop, book store, and aesthetic clinic, so I could find almost everything I needed in one place. Had a great stay, highly recommend it 😊👌🤙🫰

The room's small, but it's clean and the bed is comfortable. I'd steer clear of room 214, though: the cafe exhaust fan is right outside the window and fills the view. Stay there only if you don't mind smelling the exhaust fumes. See photo, this wouldn't pass code in the States 😅

I spent five days at Sukro, and it got so comfortable that I felt lazy getting out of bed to go on tours. When I judge a hotel as a tourist, comfort and a clean bathroom matter most, and Sukro delivered on both. The bed was big and comfortable, with a smart TV. There's a kitchen counter with an electric kettle, a separate work table with drawers that's great for working from home, and a clean toilet with a heater. Downstairs, the commercial tenants include a restaurant and coffee shop, a convenience store, and a laundry shop. The staff were cheerful and accommodating too. Definitely recommend Sukro!
