Azalea Hotels & Residences Baguio

The room had complete cooking and dining utensils, which were a big help for our family, and the parking felt safe and convenient. The breakfast buffet had plenty of choices and was great. We stayed at Azalea Baguio for 3 days and really enjoyed it. Value for money was 10/10, definitely worth it. We had no negative comments and would highly recommend staying here when visiting Baguio.

The breakfast buffet was a letdown. Most of the dishes were too salty or overcooked, and the bread tasted dry and a day or two old. For a five-night stay, we expected better. Housekeeping was another issue: sheets were replaced only if we asked, which should be standard service for guests staying five nights. From our first day, a terrible, lingering bathroom smell filled the room. We opened the glass balcony doors and turned on the ceiling fan to try to clear it, but it stayed the whole time. The shower pressure was very weak too. Our five nights at Azalea Hotel in Baguio were very disappointing. The stay fell short on cleanliness, food quality, and basic service. We won't return or recommend it. Avoid if you can.

The rooms were spacious, and the kitchen had what we needed: a refrigerator, microwave, and 2 electric stove burners. Staff were very helpful, the room was pretty clean, and the breakfast buffet had everything you'd want on a cold morning after a cold night. The location was great and wasn't really far from the major city-center attractions. We walked most places because we're used to trekking. People might not realize that walking in Baguio is like San Francisco, with constant uphill and downhill stretches.

Coming back each night to a clean, fresh room after a long day out felt so good. The room was lovely and cleaned every day, the buffet breakfast was always delicious, and the staff were super friendly and accommodating. My boyfriend and I had the best stay. I usually choose Airbnbs, but trying a hotel for our Baguio trip was the best decision. It changed how I think about hotels, since we didn't have to worry about breakfast or cleaning up. The unit also had a complete kitchen, so we could cook there. We'll definitely stay again next time we're in Baguio.
