Baguio Camella Big Brother House

The bathroom had several problems: water flooded out from both the sink and the toilet flush, and the shower heater barely did anything. We also went to the dining area for breakfast and couldn't find anyone to help us. The ad promised unlimited coffee “anytime,” but apparently there was a cutoff. The rooms were just okay, not very deluxe, and the walls are so thin that even small noises from next door come through, leaving you with no privacy. For a price in the range of better-known places, this was really disappointing. I wouldn't recommend it.

We booked two months ahead and paid, including the extra parking fee, but when we arrived a staff woman said our reservation hadn't gone through because of a “glitch.” She couldn't properly explain what happened, and nobody had let us know before we made the inconvenient trip there. When we asked for our money back so we could find another place, she kept us waiting two hours. Her condescending tone made it sound like the failed check-in was our fault and that refunding us was a burden. This was my worst experience in Baguio. I'd advise people not to book here.

The Wi-Fi was slow at times, and there weren't many food options, but I still had a pleasant stay that felt worth the price. My room at the camella big brother house was spacious and clean, the staff were polite and helpful, and the location was easy to get to.

The three-bedroom setup gives groups and families plenty of comfort and privacy. Baguio Camella Big Brother House is clean, spacious, and cozy, with a relaxing atmosphere. I'd highly recommend it for a peaceful getaway in Baguio.
