We were happy with our stay. The rooms were spacious, attractive, and clean, though the bathroom could use some improvement. Casa Vallejo is a charming old house with lots of history, and we loved the interiors. The restaurant downstairs from the lobby is just as charming. The staff were welcoming and honored our booking even though we made it less than 24 hours before arrival.

Hill Station is one of our favorite places to eat in Baguio, so having it in the hotel, just down the stairs from reception and the lounge, was a real treat. The front office and housekeeping staff were consistently warm, polite, and easy to approach, which made our stay more comfortable. Casa Vallejo is also very conveniently located in the heart of the central business district. We could walk to Baguio Cathedral, SM City Baguio, and Session Road. The only thing that kept my rating from being higher was the weak water pressure in the bathroom. I hope they can improve it. We enjoyed the rest of our stay.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, always willing to help with anything I needed. I slept well in the clean, comfortable room, and the location made it easy to get to nearby attractions, restaurants, and transportation. My stay at Casa Vallejo was relaxing and pleasant. I’d happily stay again and recommend it to others visiting the area.

Loved the vintage, classy feel of the place, and the service was good. The location was perfect, with lots of places within walking distance. The small downside was that there were only two outlets by the bed, meant for the lamp and humidifier. We used them to charge our devices instead.

We had a lovely stay at Casa Vallejo Hotel. The area was peaceful, and Hill Station had superb food for the price. The room was clean, and they were generous with the toiletries. Staff were welcoming and polite, and made sure we were comfortable. We’ll definitely come back.
