Grand Sierra Pines felt far removed from the city center, which gave us a quieter side of Baguio, away from tourist traps, crowds, noise, and pollution. We enjoyed cool morning walks, peaceful coffee shops, and pine trees from the balcony. The yard is spacious, and it’s nice to read there, try the cafe and bakery, and wander around the neighborhood in the morning. We loved our long weekend here and would definitely book again. The room was just right for us, with clean sheets, a spotless bathroom, and no funky smells. It was also spacious, and the amenities were thoughtful. The staff were kind and attentive. Breakfast lived up to the hype, especially the taho station with strawberries and the very quick egg station service at the buffet. One tip: call ahead to ask whether there’ll be an event during your stay. Weddings or other events can make the hotel a bit loud, so you might want to avoid those dates or book a higher room.

The staff were genuinely caring and very helpful, and we had a great stay. This was one of the prettiest, coziest hotels we’ve stayed in in Baguio, and it’s now our go-to when we’re in town. The room was spacious, though the sink faucet was broken and kept running, and there was a bad smell. We could manage it and didn’t have the energy to report it. The breakfast buffet was okay too.

Chrissa made our wedding feel stress-free, and the whole team exceeded what we expected. The venue looked stunning, the views were breathtaking, the food was excellent, and the staff were accommodating. Highly recommend, 10/10 🎉

There was a band event on the ground floor from 5-10 pm, and the noise carried so loudly to our third-floor room that we could feel the bass. Staff said they couldn’t do anything because the hotel was fully booked. This hotel’s design clearly doesn’t work for hosting an event while guests are staying there. It was a poor management decision, and I’ve never experienced anything like it.

My son really enjoyed the Koi Pond, and the breakfast buffet was great. The staff were attentive and accommodating. Our room was clean and spacious, though I wish the bathroom had a little more room.
