The rooms are nicely designed and have good ventilation, and the transient can fit a large group, especially if you’re traveling with family. It is quite far from the city proper, though.

I usually prefer hotels, but we had a great stay here. I noticed a few areas that could be improved and am sure they’ll address them for future guests. Hats off to the staff, keep it up, guys.

We had a lovely time celebrating my aunt’s birthday here, and everyone enjoyed the place. Thanks for fitting us in on short notice, especially kuya joey for looking after us. The owner was so kind and easy to talk to. We’ll definitely come back! :)

Hello, could you let me know the nightly rate for Apartment 1 for four guests? The listing says it fits 6-8, but we're looking for two bedrooms, one for our two children and one for a couple. My family plans to visit Baguio from December 21-24, 2017. Please reply when you can, thank you.

Everything in the house worked well, including the fridge, TV, gas range, water heater, and fans. It was clean throughout, and the beds and sofa had fresh sheets. Jhoie, the caretaker, was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. We'd come back if we get the chance.
