We were in Balanga city for a conference and booked the suite. It was surprisingly nice, clean, tidy, and felt quite decent. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location worked well, with restaurants and cafes within walking distance. They provide refill water in the hallway, which helps cut down on single-use plastic bottles. Breakfast wasn't what we expected. There was no buffet, and we had to choose from a menu. As foreigners visiting the Philippines for the first time, we weren't familiar with the local food and weren't sure what to order. We ended up with an omelet, which was a bit oily and somehow odd. Still, it was a good experience overall.

We booked here again for our annual Holy Week trip, and the staff were so helpful with our requests. Reservations were easy, just a call and an email. Thanks to Ms Jayna for helping us and Sir Allen for confirming the booking. Breakfast was included too. Great value, and we'll be back.

We stayed with family for 3D2N over the Christmas 2024 holiday. The staff were accommodating, and the location was especially convenient for getting to the night market, public market, ATMs, fast food places, restaurants, and churches. Breakfast and WiFi are free. Guests can also use a partnered gym right across the street at no charge, and get 50% off admission to a partnered resort with a pool, about a 10-minute drive away. Room setups vary: some have smart TVs and compact fridges, while others have regular TVs and mini-coolers.

We had 11 people in our party, and the staff couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful. The rooms were fantastic, with western-style bathrooms. We also really enjoyed the restaurant. The food was high quality, and the menu let us try local dishes as well as familiar western fare. We'll definitely stay here again.
