The curtains block the light well, and the view from the 31st floor was nice. The room smelled clean, without a mouldy smell or too much soap scent. It was fairly clean, and the shower had good pressure. There were bugs in the bathroom, though it was still fairly clean. The bed was softer than most hard beds in the Philippines, but still too hard for me. There’s no smart TV, and only one channel worked. The pool was too cold. Without knowing the name, it’s hard to find the place on Google Maps. The elevator system is meant to limit access to each floor to residents using their card chip. That’s inconvenient when two friends are staying on different floors. You’re supposed to go down to the lobby to meet, but we found an easy workaround that exposes a flaw in the security: one friend gets in without pressing a button, then the other presses their floor’s button, and the elevator stops there. The 1-BR apartment was fantastic once I found the building, and the city view was great. The kitchen and dining utensils were all there, though they left us with more coffee, creamer, and toiletries than we needed. No security deposit was requested. One booking option was over €100 a night; using code DCXOM during registration on Locktrip brought it to about €45 a night. Your choice. 🙌

The guards are friendly and polite, and this modern corporate and residential building is in a prime spot with high-end facilities. The catch is the residents' lounge: it's locked all the time, so residents can't use it. Owners still pay thousands of pesos in association dues without getting full use of the facilities. It feels like a ripoff.

The commercial floors have two elevators, but only one runs between 8:00 AM and 9:30 AM, when tenants' employees are arriving. Even getting to the lobby ten minutes early doesn't mean you'll make it on time, and the line can reach the guard's podium. There's no ceiling fan in the elevator area to make the long wait more comfortable. On our first day in the office, the lights in the shared toilets were already broken. We've reported it to building admin several times, but nobody has acted.
