D A Residences

The rooms are clean, cozy, and relaxing, and the staff are friendly and easy to approach. Their service really stands out. I'd recommend it whether you're staying a short while or for longer.

It's neat and very clean, and the staff are friendly. Good option if you're after a quality, affordable hotel and don't want to spend much. I'll book again soon! 👍👍👍

I had a smooth, pleasant stay, and the staff were very accommodating. It was just 899 for 12 hours, which is really affordable if you need a rest after a long trip. The common bathrooms were clean, and there was parking right in front of the residence. I would've liked more toiletries, like soap and shampoo. They only provided a toothbrush, though you can buy the others at the ground-floor reception or bring your own. One thing about the location: I'd give it only 3 points because there was unwanted karaoke noise outside D&A after 10 p.m., and I could hear it on the second floor. I'm not sure if that's usual, but it happened during my visit, maybe because it was December and people were having parties. Overall, it was a really nice experience and affordable.

The rooms are quiet and clean, whether you’re staying for a short visit or a longer stretch. Staff are accommodating too.
