We booked and paid through Traveloka, but the hotel didn’t honor the reservation and said it was overbooked. With no other accommodation available, we had to sleep in the car. The staff were very unprofessional and didn’t even apologize. A waste of time, effort, and money, and a lot of stress. Avoid this hotel.

Booking was easy, and management treated us fairly and generously. The room was excellent, and if you need restaurants like Chowking and Jolibee, they’re right there. I loved it, highly recommend for a longer stay in Baler!

We had already paid and showed up, only to be told the place was fully booked and our reservation wouldn’t be honored. We were left scrambling to find somewhere to stay. The staff were incompetent.

After a spine-breaking drive, it felt light and comfortable to arrive. The staff were polite and accommodating.

The staff are friendly, and Ms. Jenny, the owner, is especially nice.
