We chose this hotel because it's close to the beach, and that was the one thing I liked. We had reserved a room for six, but were given a tiny room meant for three, so it wasn't comfortable at all. The room service was terrible, the AC barely cooled the room, and the TV didn't work. I wouldn't recommend staying here.
We were in a rush to find somewhere to stay, and a friend referred us here. Our family of four got a big room with two bunk beds, and the AC was cold. There's no water heater, but that was fine, and only a few TV channels worked, which was okay too. The people were really accommodating. The beach is a short walk away, and there's a buffet restaurant nearby.
The rooftop is a nice spot to spend time with friends, with a pool table, a long table for drinks, a cool breeze, and no mosquitoes. The motorcycle parking felt secure, and the kitchen and cooking utensils were free to use. Rooms are fully air conditioned, though there aren't any hooks for jackets, jeans, towels, or other things you might want to hang. Convenience stores, restaurants, and bars are all easy to reach.
The rooms were clean, with good AC, and the cooking area was useful. The beach is only about a three-minute walk away. The drawbacks were no hot water in the rooms and very little car parking.
We found the place easily, and it's an easy walk to Sabang Beach. The owner was very accommodating and even had someone escort our van to the transient house. The rooms were very clean. There's karaoke for guests to use until 10:00 PM. No food is served there, but lots of nearby places have meals.
