We booked through agoda, read the information they provided, and then found out at the border that we were missing a requirement they hadn't told us about. We were shocked and couldn't get support, cancel, or a refund. Their mobile number on the google ads didn't work, and there seemed to be no way to reach them. They should send each customer clear information by email so people don't miss their trip. I felt scammed and unsafe traveling from Baler this time, and like they didn't value customers. Something felt wrong at the border as soon as I said I'd booked at this place. Think a thousand times before booking here, or choose somewhere else so you don't go through what I did. agooda Booking # 645818828. I hope they get removed from agooda. Correct me if I'm wrong.

A nice place for a short vacation, with affordable rooms even for groups. Ate Jopay made an appreciated effort to help us. There's still room for improvement, but I'd recommend staying here.
