It was okay, nothing special. The food was worth the price, but service took longer than I liked even though there were only three other tables. Maybe they were understaffed because it was Christmas Day, but I'm not sure. The restrooms were dirty too.

I found The Commissary at One Vittoria to be a solid choice. The food costs a bit, but the flavors made it worth it, and I wanted a second serving of rice. I’d happily go back for another splurge.

My family and I have never felt hospitality as warm as what we received here. The owner, Ma'am Marsha, kept checking on us and helping with whatever we needed so we'd have an enjoyable stay. She welcomed each guest personally with such warmth that it felt like coming home to a favorite family member ❤ We'll definitely return in the near future. The facilities were very good, and our room's aircon was cold. Breakfast at the hotel restaurant, The Commissary, was delicious. There’s a free shuttle to the city proper and an adjacent pasalubong shop with classic Filipino delicacies. Even the toiletries are all organic, and they don't skimp on quality. It really felt like a 5 star stay. If I could give 10 stars, I would!

The owner and staff were friendly and polite, and the service overall was excellent. Breakfast had an excellent selection, with superb staff service. Next door, the bakery had lots of pastries to choose from, and they tasted good. The hotel is expanding, the price is reasonable, and I highly recommend it.
