Worst experience. The bed was uncomfortable, the staff were rude, and the areas were poorly lit. There was no genset during power failures. We had no hot shower, toiletries, kettle, cup or utensils, and no complimentary water. The water dispenser was apparently just for staff. There was no security guard, front desk or room service, so you're on your own.

We booked six days and five nights, August 27 - Sept 1, but left abruptly because of several problems. The room was sandy, and after we asked to have it cleaned on the 29th, the sand was still there. Then bed bugs appeared, lots of them. My roommate killed many, but more were hiding. We managed to reach the hotel manager and report it. That was the first time we'd reached the manager, since there was nobody at reception when we arrived. They moved us to another room, but we still had security concerns. It was hard to get even a spare key, and they wouldn't issue extra keycards. There was no one on the night shift to help with problems in the middle of the night, and the surroundings were noisy. When we requested a refund because of what happened, the staff bad-mouthed us. Avoid this accommodation if you don't want the same experience.

They gave us a room farther away, instead of in the main building closer to the beach. The distance wasn't huge, but the lack of transparency bothered me. They also charged 500 php for check-in at 13:00, an hour before the official time, even though they knew we had a senior with us who needed to rest. Once we got to the rooms, ours was missing toilet paper and a blanket. There was a cockroach in the bathroom, and a leak poured water right onto the bed.

Stay away from this hotel. I've been trying for a while to reach them about my reservation and ask a question, but they haven't responded to my emails or inquiries. My WhatsApp messages show as read, with the time, and I've sent emails too. Very poor business practices.
