The Function Hall booking was meant to run until 9 PM, but we were told it ended at 8 and would cost extra to extend, despite that not being our agreement. Then, at 2:30 PM, half an hour before I was due to walk down the aisle, reception messaged me to return a villa key for rooms checking out. We were booked overnight, and they knew it was our wedding day. That added stress when we were already delayed by the water problem. We had reserved eight rooms for family, friends, and guests. There was no water in the bridal room toilet or bidet overnight, and by morning the other seven rooms had no water either. With four to six people in each room trying to shower and get ready, our hair and makeup artists couldn't start at 7 AM as planned. Some staff were rude and unhelpful, and the poor coordination made a terrible experience even worse. It ruined our wedding day. I wouldn't recommend La Florentina Resort for a wedding or other important event.

We were the only guests during our stay, but the staff still made us feel welcome and at home. The resort is very large, and the pools kept the kids happily occupied for hours. It's a fun, kid-friendly place, with pretty much everything we needed right there. The one thing that could use more attention is upkeep in the shared restrooms. We had a great time as a family and would recommend it to other families looking for plenty of space and activities.

We had a great outing with family and friends. The rooms were clean, and we really enjoyed the big pool. Staff were polite, kind, and helpful. Friends asked me where the place was and what it cost. I felt it was worth the price, and the memories will stay with us for a long time.

The pools gave us plenty of room to swim and relax, and the resort felt set up for guests of different ages. Children have a kid-friendly setting, with play areas and activities to keep them occupied. Our rooms were clean and well cared for, making the stay comfortable. The spacious amenities also made things convenient during our visit. It was a relaxing, enjoyable getaway.
