The room looked attractive and the grounds were nicely landscaped, but it wasn't worth the price. I've traveled a lot and never had a room with one single bed and one double bed described by reception as only good for two. They'd charge for one more person even though three could fit. It feels absurd to make money by inconveniencing guests. The water smelled rusty, making it unpleasant and uncomfortable to wash with. Room 114 had bed bugs. My parents stayed there and both woke up with rashes from the bites. Pretty disgusting.

It's fairly new, with a clean, modern look and good security. The staff try hard to give good service, but our breakfast still didn't arrive on time even though we'd ordered it the night before. I hope they improve that.

A quiet, relaxing spot that works really well for a staycation. The staff were accommodating. Just a heads-up, there’s no bidet in the rooms, but you can ask for a dipper.

For someone travelling on a tight budget, the place is still decent. What bothered me was the male staff, especially around the canteen. They rarely smiled, and when I asked for an order or something else, they acted like they were annoyed to be asked. I ended up feeling embarrassed to be a customer. When I was still talking, they’d sometimes just nod and walk away before I’d finished. They also didn’t wear their uniforms properly, especially in cold weather.
