The location is good, and the staff are easy to talk to. I really enjoyed staying here. The room felt cozy and homey. There’s also Cafe, Ash, where you can order anytime and anywhere.

The TV and internet barely worked. There was no top sheet on the bed, and without an elevator I had to haul my things up several flights of stairs. On the third floor, the water pressure was poor, and the shower handle was broken. I asked them to fix it, but they only pushed it back into place. I had to call again and show them the spot for an Allen wrench so it could actually be tightened.

We enjoyed our stay and thought it was good value. The service was fantastic, though the restaurant menu could use some work.

The rooms still feel new, and the price was reasonable. The staff were polite, and the food was really good. Try their breakfast burger with bacon and eggs, plus hot chocolate.

We especially liked how quiet it was and the internet was good. The staff were helpful and polite. The place was very clean, the aircon was great, and the linen and bedding smelled good. It felt cozy and like a nice place to stay.
