The food was just so-so, and on arrival and checkout nobody offered to help carry our things. We felt a little unwelcome, though maybe we were overthinking it. We've traveled for quite a while, and my partner was disappointed because it felt different from other places we've stayed. Still, thank you for accommodating us. The location was decent, near Xavier and divisoria. The kitchen staff were nice, and the three staff members we saw every day were friendly. The manager was especially kind and tried to help with guests' needs, especially during the earthquake. Kudos to her. We hope the earthquake alarm will be working and that all exit doors will be kept open for people to get out.

Parking is available, and the hotel is right in the city center. The rooms are well kept and work well for groups, with an affordable rate and complimentary breakfast. Staff are polite and ready to help. For a budget stay that still feels comfortable, it's a great choice.

There's a café next to the hotel, handy for grabbing a quick snack. The place is clean, the staff were all accommodating, and being in the city proper makes it easy to get around.

It's a great place for a family of 6 too. Mcdo Xavier and Watsons are about two blocks away, an easy walk, and there are plenty of laundry shops and public transport options.

There's a nice café downstairs with outdoor seating, where you can eat or have coffee in the fresh air. The rooms are clean and sanitized, with the necessary amenities, and the price feels fair for what you get. It's not perfect, but it's a good-value hotel, suite, dormitel, or whatever you call it. Highly recommended.
