The decline is what makes this stay especially disappointing. I remember this place being good, but now the room feels dirty and unhygienic. There were cockroaches, rusty-smelling water, green mold on the shower head, and yellow water in the toilet. The bed was itchy and uncomfortable, so I struggled to rest. The air-conditioning wasn’t cold, the advertised hot and cold water didn’t work, the TV was out, and the Wi-Fi was weak and unreliable. I won’t come back or recommend it in its current condition.

I booked online on 10/26/25 and paid P2900. They canceled because the room I booked was affected by renovations. As of 11/05/25, I still hadn’t received my refund. I’ve emailed repeatedly and no one replies. The booking took less than an hour, but getting a refund has taken weeks. I’m about to raise the issue legally.

Wi-Fi was painfully slow, and the place had cockroaches. The bathroom had no bidet or rugs, and the water smelled rusty. The place also looked moldy. Bad experience.

The room was okay for sleeping, and the place itself is decent, though it needs some maintenance. The bathroom is where it falls short: the water looked yellowish, probably from rust, and there wasn’t a bidet or even a dipper.

Rooms are clean and the rates are affordable. I got a discount, plus free breakfast, and booking was easy with no reservation fee. I really love this place. It feels like my home away from home.
